SMS notification consent
Answer Practice is operated by Sunrise Support LLC. Answer Practice customers may voluntarily opt in to transactional SMS notifications about activity in their own Answer Practice account. The actual notification settings are available only after customer sign-in, so this public page documents the same opt-in flow and disclosure presented in the authenticated account.
Who receives these messages?
Only an Answer Practice customer, such as a healthcare practice owner or authorized staff member, who chooses to enable text notifications. Answer Practice does not use this messaging program to send these account notifications to the healthcare practice's patients.
How customers opt in
- The customer creates or signs in to an authenticated Answer Practice account.
- The customer opens Notifications in the account dashboard.
- The customer enters the mobile number where business-call notifications should be delivered.
- The customer chooses whether to enable SMS notifications. SMS is optional and is not required to purchase, create an account, or use Answer Practice.
- If SMS is enabled, the customer must actively check the separate SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
- The customer saves the notification preferences. The consent date and consent disclosure are recorded with the account.
The controls and disclosure below mirror the SMS enrollment shown inside the authenticated Answer Practice Notifications settings. The live settings page requires a customer login.

What messages are sent?

This SMS program is not used for advertising, promotional offers, lead generation, or third-party marketing.
